We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to partner with Liver Foundation’s CEO, driving one of Australia’s fastest growing, high impact health charities.
This part-time role is for someone who is lightning-fast, fiercely organised, whip-smart and doesn’t flinch at uncertainty. You’ll be the CEO’s right hand, helping her keep the wheels turning, the priorities clear, and the plates spinning with confidence and style.
Our office is in Manly’s North Head and the role will initially be based in the office 1 day per week and remote the rest of the time. Once we are confident working together, we can discuss a fully remote role if that suits you better.
We are looking for someone for 20 hours per week (0.5 FTE) for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is tied to grant funding.

What you’ll do:
· Be the gatekeeper for the CEO’s professional world: managing her time, priorities and relationships with ease.
· Support the CEO with diverse administrative and project tasks.
· Anticipate needs before they arise – proactive and intuitive support is the goal.
· Handle comms, correspondence, meeting prep, travel, and events with class and confidentiality.
· Bring energy, humour, discretion and a sense of calm to a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.
· We use Microsoft systems, and we need a tech-savvy human.
What you bring:
· Proven experience supporting a senior exec (ideally in a health, start-up or fast-moving business).
· Flawless communication and people instincts, you can navigate personalities and protect time like a pro.
· Ridiculously good organisation skills. You love a plan, a spreadsheet, a system.
· Initiative, confidence and a whatever-it-takes mindset.
· A deep respect for our culture and the communities we serve.
