This role is on offer becasue we are growing as a business and have created a new portfolio which is geographically condensed to make it time effective for our new Property Manager.

The role:

Day to day property management with routine inspections

Very efficiently run portfolio

Excellent clients and hand-picked tenants

End to end leasing

No new business targets

No dealing with escalated issues

No QCAT

No trust accounting

38hr week with no weekend work

Our ideal candidate:

Is someone who is happy to settle into a long-term role

Has one year property management experience

Has a Real Estate Registration Certificate

Has a Full Current Australian Drivers License

Has intermediate IT skills

Has a knowledge of CRM systems – we use Property Me – training provided if necessary

Has Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Above all – has an honest and caring attitude!
