About the company
This company is a specialist electrical solutions company that designs and supplies complete electrical power solutions including switchboard products and solutions. They are a very well run business with a huge presence and reputable brand in the market. Due to their rapid growth and expansion they are looking for an experienced Project Manager with Electrical Switchboard experience or Industrial experience to join the team and grow with the business long term!
About the role
This is a great position working on one aspect of a project but on multiple projects where no two jobs are the same.
If come from an Electrical background as a Lead Electrician with switchboard or manufacturing experience and looking to move off the tools then this role would be great for you. Alternatively if you are already a Project manager working in this space - please apply!
Key Responsibilities
- Designing, installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems.
- Inspecting electrical components and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Pulling apart, fixing and repairing switchboards.
- Managing elements of a project from start to finish
- Working with external stakeholders and clients
- Working within specific timeframes and budgets to achieve project outcomes
- Overseeing electricians to ensure work completion
- Working within a team and clients
- Interpreting blueprints and diagrams.
Skills & experience
* Trade qualified Electrician plus industry experience.
* Experience with switchboards is essential or willingness to learn switchboards in manufacturing space
* Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
* Great physical presentation
* Good communication, written and verbal
* Can-do attitude and willingness to learn
