GPH employs over 400 staff including many qualified health and other professionals including peer workers and community workers. GPH operations cover a large regional geographical footprint in NSW and ACT. About the position Grand Pacific Health’s Neurodiversity Assessment Service (NAS) provides comprehensive assessments for individuals seeking to understand and diagnose neurodiverse traits, including conditions such as autism, ADHD, and specific learning difficulties. The service offers fee-based assessments provided by Psychologists and Clinical Psychologists with Neurodiversity Assessment training. In this position, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for individuals aged 6 and over.
  • Deliver evidence-based assessments tailored to a range of presentations.
  • Support the development and maintenance of partnerships with schools, health professionals, and community organisations to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients.

We have a part-time (15 hours per week) opportunity available. However we are flexible on hours and days available, to suit your needs. This position can be based from Wollongong or Bega, and is fixed term to 31 May 2026. We are looking for someone with:

  1. Current full AHPRA registration as a Clinical Psychologist. Clinical Psychologist Registrars and Registered Psychologists will also be considered.
  2. Training in conducting psychological assessments for neurodevelopmental conditions such as ASD and ADHD
  3. Experience in the provision of neurodiversity assessments and report writing
  4. Demonstrated experience in working with children, families, and schools.
