Position Title: Occupational Therapist
Location: Geelong, Victoria
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum plus superannuation (depending on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to provide assessments, interventions, and support to clients with a range of physical, developmental, and psychosocial needs. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in clients' lives while working in a flexible and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional and occupational assessments
• Develop and implement individualised therapy plans
• Provide interventions to support daily living, sensory processing, and skill development
• Work with clients and families to support independence and wellbeing
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports
• Collaborate with other health professionals and external stakeholders

Skills & Experience Required:

• A recognised degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current registration with AHPRA
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in a community or clinical setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel if required
