About the Role

As our Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist, you’ll blend hands-on clinical excellence with leadership and mentorship. You’ll guide junior therapists and new employees and contribute to the strategic direction of our growing team - all while delivering exceptional, evidence-based care to children and their families.

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver high-quality, individualised paediatric OT assessments and interventions

Mentor and supervise junior therapists, fostering their growth, best clinical practice and confidence

Coordinate and support university student placements

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care

Drive quality assurance and contribute to clinical policy development

Stay at the forefront of Paediatric Occupational Therapy through ongoing professional development

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy

Current AHPRA registration

5+ years of paediatric OT experience

Proven leadership and supervision skills

Experience with NDIS (especially paediatric participants)

Strong communication, collaboration, and organisational skills

A passion for collaborative leadership and making a difference in children’s lives
