Position: Project Coordinator/Contracts Administrator

Role Overview:

Flexem Construction has several projects across QLD, from refurbishments of supermarkets to 6-month-long rollouts involving hundreds of stores. We also engage in every element of commercial refurbishments including structural works, building facades, new windows, cladding, roofing, logistic planning, after hours, live trading stores, interior & exterior, with promptness, competitiveness, and flexibility.

As a Contract Administrator, you will be performing the following duties, but not limited to:

· Prepare sales and purchase contracts

· Analyse the contract terms and identify areas of possible risks and opportunities related to the application of contract clauses.

· Negotiate contract terms with internal and external business partners

· Review and update existing contracts

· Explain terms and conditions to managers and interested parties

· Contract administration during project execution, ensuring that all aspects of the contract during the bidding and execution phase are addressed with the objective of contributing to maximise project revenues.

· Ensure that employees understand and comply with company contracts

· Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments )

· Maintain an organized system of physical and digital records

· Create language standards for existing and new contracts

Qualification and Experience:

At least Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma from Australia or equivalent overseas qualification and 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
