Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist Project Managers and Site Supervisors in daily site operations specific to retail construction.
2. Engage in project planning, familiarise with schedules, and delve into retail-specific budgeting nuances.
3. Attend project meetings and foster relationships with our prestigious retail clients, architects, and subcontractors.
4. Acquire hands-on skills tailored to the demands of retail construction and safety standards.
5. Participate in site inspections, quality assessments, and documentation relevant to retail spaces.

Desired Qualities and Skills:

• An aspiration to specialise in retail construction within the commercial sector.
• Effective communication and team collaboration capabilities.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute.
• Solution-oriented approach.
• Preliminary knowledge of construction concepts; specific retail knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
• Current driver's license.

Qualifications:

• Currently studying or acquired a degree with a focus in Project Management at a recognized University or TAFE institution is highly desired.
