About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team in a Sales Support role. This is your opportunity to work closely with Senior Real Estate agents and gain hands on experience to advance your sales career.

Key responsibilities include;

Proactively generate new business opportunities through direct outreach methods such as door-to-door engagement, cold calling, and letterbox marketing.

Nurture and follow up with warm leads to maintain engagement and progress toward conversion.

Effectively convert qualified leads into successful sales outcomes.

Build and maintain a strong presence within the local community through networking, social media and relationship-building initiatives.

Establish and sustain positive relationships with clients and prospective buyers, providing a high level of service and communication throughout the sales process.

Manage & preparing documentation ensuring full compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Organize and conduct property inspections and open homes, followed by prompt buyer follow-ups to gather and communicate feedback.

Respond efficiently and professionally to sales inquiries, supporting the team’s overall sales efforts.

About You

You will be a confident and approachable personality, driven to succeed within a sales environment whilst providing an authentic client experience. You will also possess;

Ability to build great relationships with confident communication skills.

Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales.

Must be able to work Saturdays.

Thorough understanding of current residential market trends.

A Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License (or willing to obtain).

A valid driver’s licence and reliable car.
