We proudly service both Albury and Wagga MW Stores and are looking for a dedicated, hands-on Installer to join our team – someone who is also confident in customer service, invoicing, and sales support.

About the Role:
This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands and interacting with customers. You’ll be responsible for a mix of installation tasks and front-of-house responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Removal of factory ute tubs

Installation of trays and canopies

Relocation of vehicle sensors, tail-lights, and license lights (basic wiring)

Forklifting and craning of heavy objects

Providing estimates and working with the sales team and workshop staff

Performing quality control checks

Servicing and maintenance of trays and canopies

Receiving and releasing stock

Organizing storage and showroom displays

Maintaining a clean and safe workshop

Providing excellent customer service and support

Basic invoicing and computer-based tasks

Qualifications & Skills:

No formal qualifications required – though please list any relevant certs (e.g., forklift license, trade tickets)

Experience with hand and power tools (e.g., drills, grinders)

Comfortable operating in a forklift environment

Good time management and clear communication skills

Willing to work as part of a team, with a positive and honest approach

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

Basic computer skills – capable of invoicing and using internal systems

Must hold a valid driver’s license (and be comfortable moving customer vehicles)
