Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented individual who excels in both signage installation and in-house signage production. This role is perfect for someone who has a keen eye for detail, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to quality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of signage projects—from production to installation—ensuring each project meets our high standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Signage Production:

Operate and maintain various signage production equipment, including panel cutting, laminating, and assembling 3d letters

Prepare materials and substrates for installation – such as weeding vinyl, application tape, applying vinyl to panel

Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and durability of finished products.

Signage Installation:

Read and interpret graphics packages, technical drawings, and work orders to determine signage requirements and installation procedures.

Install a variety of signs, including but not limited to dimensional letters, window graphics, vehicle signage, and aluminium composite panels.

Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.

General Duties:

Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met.

Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols.

Manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in signage production and installation.

Proficiency with signage production equipment.

Strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and craftsmanship.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various installation sites as needed.

Preferred:

Aluminium welding experience.

Knowledge of electrical signage and LED installation.

Car wrap experience.
