The Role

As a Property PA/Paralegal, you will run developer sale files and support a Partner and team. Your duties will include -

• Dealing with clients, follow up on outstanding conditions,
• Preparation of contracts, put and call options,
• Deal with solicitors, banks, and clients
• On line searches,
• Booking in settlements with PEXA,
• billings and general file management /administration duties.

Your Experience

You will have a minimum of 2 years Property Development or Conveyancing Legal Assistant or Paralegal experience.

The Law Firm / Salary

Well established law firm based at Bundall. 70 staff. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (between $75,000 - $90,000 package including super).
