Supporting a Partner on commercial property matters | Salary up to $80,000 + Super | Well established law firm

The Role

Our client, a very well established law firm based in the Brisbane CBD are seeking a Legal Assistant to work on Commercial Property matters. You will support a Partner (1 on 1) and your duties include preparation of contracts, dealing with clients, on line searches, using PEXA, monthly billings, diary management, typing Minutes, some dictation, organising settlements and general administration duties. You will use Smoke Ball precedents.

You

You will need to have a minimum of 2 years Conveyancing and/or Commercial Property Legal Assistant experience. You will also have excellent client service skills and organisational skills.

The Law Firm / Salary / Benefits

Well established law firm based in the Brisbane CBD. Have 15 staff. Salary is negotiable, dependent upon experience (between $70,000 - $80,000 + Super).
