At BFP Engineering, we are proud to be one of Australia’s leading manufacturers of Road Making, Road Maintenance and Transport vehicles for Bitumen, Emulsion and Stone Spreading products. We are currently seeking an experienced & motivated Workshop Manager to join our team located at Narangba.

Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise & support our workshop team.

Schedule & manage workflow, ensuring timely turnaround.

Liase with Management & customers.

Oversee quality control & final inspections.

We are looking for someone who has:

Experience in a similar role and industry.

Excellent leadership & communication skills.

Strong organisational & problem-solving skills

Boilermaker qualification a great advantage but not a necessity.

This position is required Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.00pm plus future overtime, no weekend work. We are a growing, local family owned business that has many years of industry experience. If the above position is what you can deliver, we would like to hear from you!
