Position overview
You will provide high quality advice, strategies and leadership on talent management, succession planning, and talent acceleration and development including the academic promotions process, to facilitate the University’s goals in research and education.
You will work within the People Experience Centre of Excellence, demonstrating positive leadership behaviours, as you lead the revamped Talent Development function including projects and processes that support key University objectives.
