Business Support Officer - Temporary Position

A highly respected Government Organisation is seeking a temporary Business Support Officer for 6 months to assist with administrative duties and support services.
Your new role
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Managing records, databases, and document tracking systems.
- Assisting with accounts processing and invoice processing.
- Preparation of purchase orders and assisting with budget tracking.
- Concierge and help desk duties.
- Coordination of activities (such as meetings and seminars) through providing administrative support.
- Contributing to the formation and distribution of promotional materials.
- Creating content to be published on the intranet.
- Other administrative duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 2 years of experience in a Business Support capacity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritise accordingly.
- Government or NFP experience is desirable.
