The Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator join our team in a full time position. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in managing the repair process by accurately assessing vehicle damage, coordinating with team members and Insurance Assessors and ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and strong organisational skills will help prioritise tasks, maintain workflow and meet delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful applicant will require:

· Writing accurate and timely repair estimates.

· Liaising and negotiating with insurance assessors.

· Ordering parts and managing suppliers effectively.

· Conducting vehicle arrival inspections including mapping and imaging.

· Ability to finalise, submit and raise invoices and send via the correct platform.

· Audit post repairs, checking parts invoices and mid repair photos also sending supplementaries/variations for assessment.

· Ensuring repairs meet pre-accident condition standards and insurer requirements.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in panel shops, insurance companies or a related role within the automotive industry.

· Proficient in IBodyshop and in the following quoting styles and platforms….NTAR, Audabridge, Audanet, Real Time Real Money and funny time funny money.

· Minimum 5 Years experience.

· Trade background as either a Panel Beater or Painter is MANDATORY
