About the role
We’re excited to be opening our brand-new showroom in Tamworth, and we’re on the lookout for a motivated and highly organised person to join our team as a Client Engagement & Quotation Coordinator.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with a hands-on background (think farming, truck driving, trades, construction labourer etc.) who’s looking to transition into a less physically demanding but still highly rewarding role.

You’ll be supporting our clients from site visit to shell delivery – with a key focus on quoting, coordination, and communication. No previous experience in a similar role required – we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

What you’ll be doing

Conducting site inspections

Preparing and managing quotes

Coordinating and lodging council approvals

Managing CRM systems and client updates

Overseeing pool shell delivery and pre-start meetings

Assisting in setting up our new Tamworth office

Occasionally travelling to our Dubbo office for team training and support

What we’re looking for

Manual driver’s licence is essential (truck licence MR is an added bonus)

Great communication, appreciates structure and organisation

Confident working independently but also thrives in a team

Previous physical work experience is a must – this role is perfect for someone looking to step off the tools. We’re specifically looking for someone with hands-on experience, as this brings a solid understanding of the real-world challenges and practicalities that happen on-site

No previous office or computer experience needed – we understand your background may not have included computer work, and that’s absolutely OK. We offer extensive training and ongoing support and are patient while you learn.
