💼 The Role

As our Spa Coordinator, you are the welcoming face and the calm behind the scenes. Your role will include:

• Answering phones, managing bookings and appointment schedules.
• Warmly greeting and checking in clients.
• Client liaison and handling general enquiries.
• Coordinating treatment room set-ups and retail areas.
• Supporting social media engagement and content creation.
• Performing administrative tasks and customer service.
• Assisting with retail product sales.

This is a dynamic, client-facing role that demands poise, energy and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.

• You have a warm, polished and welcoming demeanour.
• Exceptional grooming and presentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team.
• Social media savvy.
• Reliable, punctual and passionate about the beauty/wellness space.
• Experience with Ultraceuticals/Lira is a plus.
• A background in spa, salon, or wellness industries is highly desirable.
