We are looking for a technician to join our constantly growing team, preferably with experience in garage door repairs and servicing of domestic garage doors. If you are a person willing to deliver excellent customer service, are self-motivated and have a strong work ethic – WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!

Although experience is preferred, it is not essential as training will be provided for the suitable enthusiastic applicant ready to learn.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

*Repair and service various brands of domestic garage doors and openers

*Diagnose, troubleshoot and problem solve issues delivering accurate and cost effective repairs

*Perform routine servicing and maintenance to ensure reliability and optimum performance of garage doors and openers

*Ensure all work is carried out safely and compliant to WHS standards and policies

*Maintain, care for and be responsible for all business tools and equipment

Applicant Skills & Qualifications Required:-

· Preferably strong knowledge of domestic garage doors and openers

· Preferably experience as a service technician in the garage door industry or a similar industry and with a minimum of 2 years hand tool experience

· Ability to work as part of a team and also independently

· Strong customer service and communication skills

· Proficient in problem solving and troubleshooting repairs and installations

· Valid open Australian Drivers License

· Police Criminal History check less than 2 years old or agreeable to obtain one if offered the position

· White card preferred or agreeable to obtain one if offered the position

· Available for after hours emergency repairs

· An Australian resident for employment purposes
