About Us
We’re Pristine Water Systems, the Sunshine Coast’s trusted name in water quality. We clean tanks, filter water, and now—we’re launching an in-house lab to test and improve it. That’s where you come in.

About the Role
We’re looking for a science-savvy graduate to help us set up and run our brand-new water testing lab. But this isn’t just a behind-the-scenes gig. You’ll also be part of our front-line team—chatting with customers, explaining results, and making a real difference to homes and businesses across the region.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
• Design and help build the lab from scratch—layout, gear, processes, the works
• Choose and set up microbiological and chemical testing equipment (think pH, turbidity, E. coli)
• Create bulletproof testing procedures that align with Australian Drinking Water Guidelines
• Collect and analyze samples from tanks, bores, and more
• Record, report, and communicate results using our software (training included)
• Step into our retail space to discuss results and water system solutions with customers

What You Bring to the Table:

A degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or similar

A love for getting your hands dirty (with gloves on, of course)

Eagle-eyed attention to detail and strict lab hygiene

People skills—you can explain science in plain English

Energy, initiative, and a drive to build something meaningful

Bonus points if you’ve touched lab gear or LIMS during uni or an internship
