2–4 x Entry-Level Appointment Setters (No Experience Needed)

🧑‍💼 Role 1: Door Knocking Team Leader

Location: Newcastle + surrounding suburbs

Pay: $35–$40/hr + commission + team performance bonuses

As Team Leader, you’ll:

Train, motivate, and manage a small team of door knockers

Allocate daily turf and manage team KPIs

Lead from the front: set appointments with homeowners

Monitor conduct and ensure compliance with our integrity standards

Who you are:

Proven experience in door-to-door, lead generation, or team leadership

Confident communicator, natural motivator

Highly accountable and trustworthy

Knows how to lead by example – you’re not afraid to knock too!

🚪 Role 2: Entry-Level Appointment Setter

Location: Newcastle + surrounding suburbs

Pay: $30 - 32.50 /hr + commission + bonuses

In this role, you'll:

Knock on residential doors in local suburbs

Book appointments for our solar specialists (no selling required)

Represent Lenergy with honesty and enthusiasm

No experience? No worries.

We’ll give you full training, scripts, and field support to succeed.

All you need is:

A great attitude and reliable work ethic

Strong communication skills

Availability to work 4+ days per week
