Highrise Talent is partnering with a innovative and dynamic Commercial Real Estate firm, seeking a Head of Property Management to oversee their mixed portfolio of industrial, retail and office assets located in Melbourne CBD and Inner Suburbs.

You will have the opportunity to work with the best in the business, have real impact and drive growth in their portfolio on behalf of this property groups sophisticated private investors. We are looking for professionals that can think outside the box, be dynamic and nimble, whilst also remaining professional and thorough with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Property Managers to meet portfolio goals and KPIs

Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties with a focus on client satisfaction

Oversee lease administration, rent collection, budgeting, and maintenance coordination

Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation, especially the Retail Leases Act 2003

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and service providers

Monitor operational systems and processes to ensure data accuracy and service excellence

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Significant experience in property management, demonstrating a successful history in leadership positions.

Comprehensive knowledge of property laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

Proficient in analyzing financial reports and effectively managing budgets.
