We are seeking a Survey Manager / Regional Construction Manager to take on a leadership role overseeing construction survey projects across WA. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional who thrives both on-site and in the office, and is ready to lead a high-performing team while remaining hands-on with clients and project delivery.

This Perth-based role offers a blend of leadership, project oversight, and field engagement, with occasional regional travel and ad hoc surveying to stay connected with your team and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of construction field surveyors across multiple regional projects
• Oversee end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of surveying activities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business development and department growth
• Serve as the key liaison between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are consistently met
• Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Support field teams with occasional on-site visits and surveying when required
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Background in FIFO or regional construction surveying
• Demonstrated experience in project and team management across multiple job sites
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to balance fieldwork with office-based leadership
• High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
• Familiarity with construction scheduling and budget tracking tools
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel when needed
