Northpac International Pty Ltd trading as Pro Sportswear and Embroidery Excellence focusses on the provision of sports apparel, workwear and corporate wear as well as providing a decorating service. As our business is expanding we are seeking a reliable, experienced, and proactive Retail Manager to lead daily operations and support the growth of our team.

This position will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of daily warehouse and fulfilment activities, coordinating a small team, liaising with clients, and ensuring customer orders are processed, labelled, and dispatched efficiently and accurately. This role blends elements of hands-on operations, team supervision, and customer service within a retail-like environment.

This is a full time role and will be based at our Luscombe office in Queensland. The successful candidate must have at least 2 years supervisory or managerial experience within retail, warehousing or production.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, including order processing, dispatching, and inventory control.

· Maintain visual organisation of the workspace and ensuring stock is well displayed in our retail area.

· Ensuring stock is pricing correctly and ready for retail display.

Maintaining stock control and reordering stock in order to meet demand.

Streamlining administrative processes through work flow optimisation.

Sales process support, including invoicing, receipts, quotations and reporting.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person to provide quotes and to help convert inquiries into confirmed sales.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant Health and Safety Legislation.

About You

· Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

· Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

· Experience in inventory control, team coordination, and client-facing service

· Familiarity with order fulfilment, warehousing, or garment labelling/packaging is highly regarded

· Familiar with using POS, stock software, or basic admin systems
