Love the hustle of a busy weekend and the smell of fresh coffee and hot chips in the air? We’re on the lookout for a reliable, friendly, and experienced Canteen Supervisor to keep the action going behind the counter at Caulfield & District Netball Association!

What’s the gig? As our Canteen Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to on game days — keeping things running smoothly, supervising staff, prepping tasty bites, and serving up smiles (plus coffee!). It’s a great role for someone who enjoys community sport, teamwork, and doesn’t mind a bit of fast-paced fun.

When you’re on deck: (proposed times may vary during school holidays, with additional shifts for events and holiday clinics)

Monday: 9am–12pm

Thursday: 12pm–3pm

Friday: 2pm–8pm

Saturday: 7am–3pm

📋 What you'll be doing:

Food & drink preparation

Placing orders & stock checks

Basic cash handling

Supervising & training junior staff

Maintaining cleanliness & food safety

Brewing great coffee (yes—barista skills are a must!)

🎓 What you’ll bring:

Previous canteen, hospitality, or food service experience

Food Handlers Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Great people skills & positive energy

A cool head under pressure and a love for team sports culture

💰 Pay Rate: $TBA/hr (based on experience)

Location: Duncan MacKinnon Reserve

Uniform provided. Casual/part-time approx. 18 hrs/week.
