We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and help lead our front-of-house operations.
Living locally or in surrounding areas is prefered as well as your own transport.
Job Description:
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, particularly during closing shifts. You will lead and support front-of-house staff as well as taking orders, maintain high service standards, and ensure the restaurant is closed efficiently and securely each night.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support front-of-house staff during service
Taking orders
Lead the closing procedures, including balancing tills, securing the premises, and ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the next day
Ensure all guests receive exceptional service in line with our hospitality standards
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth coordination
Qualifications:
Previous supervisory or team lead experience in a restaurant setting is preferred (Italian cuisine is a plus)
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Ability to handle high-pressure environments with a calm and positive attitude
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
