A well-established business with a national footprint and one international subsidiary is looking to grow its finance team. This is an exciting to join a thriving organisation, where you'll play a key role in financial operations and reporting.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate financial and statutory reporting, supporting compliance, and contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes. This role offers exposure to both domestic and international operations, with opportunities to drive process improvements and collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports and year-end statutory accounts
• Prepare month-end reporting package
• Manage general ledger reconciliations and journal entries
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and tax regulations
• Prepare monthly BAS return, annual income tax return, FBT, Payroll Tax, ensuring all
  compliance requirements are met.
• Liaise with external auditors and advisors
• Assist with process improvements and system enhancements

About You

• CA/CPA qualified essential
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a multinational business
• Proficient in SAP
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
