About the Company:
We're on the lookout for a Financial Accountant to join our client's expanding finance team at a global fintech entity. With a presence in over 100+ countries they are building the future of finance-and they are going through a period of growth and expansion.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, tech-driven environment and is passionate about financial accuracy, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and support monthly close activities, ensuring accurate reporting.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Manage tax compliance including BAS and company tax returns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance financial processes and controls.
• Support external audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Deliver ad hoc financial and regulatory reports as needed.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.

About you:

• Completed CPA/CA with between 3-5 years of experience in a financial accounting role.
• Previous experience in the banking, financial services or similar will be desirable.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
