Nobul is excited to partner with a respected and renowned Home Builder to find a Senior Draftsperson to join their team. Our client is an Australian owned and operated builder who offer a comprehensive range of newly curated designs to suit families and investors in todays market. This business has gone through a a transformative period of growth which is not slowing down so they have engaged us to find a talented individual to take their drafting and design work to new heights.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal drafting, estimating and construction teams.
• Liaise with off shore Draftsperson for variations and quality assurance.
• Utilise Revit to assist with some production drafting, creating and maintaining master templates and documentation.
• Ensuring all drawings meet building codes and compliance.

About you:

• 3+ years doing design and drafting work directly for a home builder in QLD.
• Diploma in Building Design or equivalent.
• Advanced experience with REVIT essential.
• Strong understanding of the NCCC.
