We’re currently seeking a Senior Used Car Sales Consultant to join our dedicated used car department. This is a rare opportunity to take on a senior frontline sales role with excellent earning potential, in a respected, family-run dealership.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, your focus will be on delivering strong sales results while providing an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include:

Achieving monthly used car sales targets and KPI performance.

Selling a full range of value-add products including finance introductions, trade-ins, warranties, and aftermarket.

Following up on customer inquiries and leads promptly and professionally.

Conducting accurate vehicle appraisals using the Eval Expert system.

Assisting in maintaining vehicle presentation and online listings to maximise interest and gross profit.

Delivering a premium experience that drives positive customer reviews and referrals.

What We’re Looking For

We're seeking a motivated and reliable professional with:

2+ years of experience in automotive sales (used car experience highly regarded).

Proven ability to consistently sell 15+ cars per month.

Strong negotiation and customer service skills.

A results-driven attitude with a strong work ethic.

Excellent communication skills (written, phone, and in-person).

Confidence using dealership software and online platforms.

Experience with Era, Autogate, and Carsales (preferred but not essential).

Attention to detail when appraising vehicles and preparing listings.

A team player mentality and commitment to process and customer satisfaction.
