About the Business
Our client is a dynamic residential volume builder based on the Southside of Brisbane and specialising in new build project housing. They have established strong systems in house to ensure their growth is sustainable and due to growth are now looking for key personnel to join their expanding team.
About the Position
Currently an opportunity exists for a motivated Senior Residential Draftsperson to join the team in an exciting new role!
Responsibilities will include:
Development of master files and templates in ArchiCAD
Contributing to product development
Producing documentation in preliminary through to construction drawing phase
Supporting junior drafters
What we're looking for:
Minimum 5 years residential drafting experience
ArchiCAD experience essential
Volume builder experience essential
Strong knowledge of Building and Development codes
