Are you passionate about machinery, farming, and helping customers find the right equipment for the job? We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Machinery Salesperson to join our dynamic team at Robertsons Motorcycles & Machinery.

🔹 Position: Machinery Salesperson

📍 Location: Based in Dubbo

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Sell new tractors, implements, Skid Steers, Balers, Side by Sides

• Build strong relationships with customers through in-person, phone, and online communication

• Stay informed on the latest equipment features, technology, and financing options

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

• Maintain detailed records in our CRM system

• Quotes and tendering

• Assist with product demonstrations and trade shows

🧰 What We’re Looking For:

• Sales experience (preferred in agricultural or heavy equipment)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Self-motivated with a passion for machinery

• HR driver’s license and advantage

• Mechanical background an advantage

• Driven to succeed

• Proactive & take initiative
