RSM People are recruiting a self motivated individual to assist in all administration and clerical duties. You will be working with the workshop staff reporting to the production manager to assist in the day to day running of a busy production workshop. The standard working week is Monday to Friday, you will be supporting staff with administration, clerical and general duties as required. This position will provide variety and your duties may include but not be limited to:

data entry

creating/maintaining Microsoft excel spreadsheets

raising/processing purchase orders

general accounts duties

supporting staff with admin and general duties as required

Monthly reporting

The below characteristics will assist you to succeed in this role:

Sound numeracy & literacy skills

High proficiency in using Microsoft excel essential!

Able to communicate and work in a team environment

Good attention to detail

good computer literacy/knowledge

previous experience in a similar role (engineering/production)

A right to work in Australia (Australian Birth Certificate/Passport/Citizenship or Working Visa without restrictions)

extensive Microsoft excel experience

Be physically fit

Hold a current C class licence & have reliable transport

Able to pass D&A Screening
