Stafflink Workforce Management are a Queensland based specialist in providing temporary & permanent recruitment services across a broad range of blue and white collar industries.

We are currently seeking to employ Production Workers/Machine Operators with for a steel fabrication factory located in Wacol, Qld.

About the role:

You will be working in a team to source & prepare materials for production & dispatch. Duties include picking, labelling & stripping tasks, warehousing tasks, loading & unloading machines. General housekeeping duties. Forklift & Gantry crane experience highly regarded.

Day & Afternoon shifts available, and you must have the ability to work overtime as required.

Day shift: 4am starts

Afternoon shift: 1.30pm start

Multiple positions available depending on experience & HRWL

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following selection criteria:

Previous experience working in a factory/production environment;

Bridge & Gantry HRWL preferred;

Forklift Licence preferred;

Must be reliable and take pride in work

Be physically fit and capable to complete manual tasks – these roles will involve manual lifting, bending, squatting and kneeling

Have full PPE including steel capped boots, Hi Vis shirts and long pants

Strong Work ethics

Available for an immediate start.

Must be able to commit to working full time hours, Monday to Friday with flexibility for overtime
