Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assisting the team with the day-to-day portfolio management
• Communicating with tenants and responding to enquiries via phone and email
• Conducting routine inspections, entry, and exit condition reports
• Hosting open homes and processing applications
• Supporting with administrative tasks and compliance duties

About You:

• Eager to build a long-term career in real estate
• Prior experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Leasing Consultant is highly regarded
• Holds a current Agent’s Representative Certificate (Certificate IV)
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence
• Well-presented, organised, and detail-oriented
• A strong communicator with a friendly, can-do attitude
