About the Role:

As an Assistant Property Manager, you’ll be working alongside a Senior Property Management team to help manage a portfolio. This role includes working Saturdays, with a day off during the week in return – ideal for those who enjoy a mid-week break!

We’re open to full-time or part-time hours depending on your availability and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with routine inspections, open for inspections, and ingoing/outgoing reports
• Liaise with tenants and landlords to support day-to-day property management
• Provide administrative support and help maintain compliance
• Learn and grow into greater responsibility over time

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in real estate or property management (preferred but not essential)
• A current Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or Agents Representative Certificate
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Must be available to work Saturdays
