ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is primarily responsible for managing the Group’s bank reconciliation process, customer receipting, collections and accounts receivables reporting. Other responsibilities include supporting the Finance and member services team with internal finance tasks and customer queries.
This is a full time role, 38 hours per week and is based in Chullora NSW. This role offers two working from home days upon successful completion of training.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Bank Reconciliation for the NECA Group and other related entities
Daily customer receipting for the NECA Branches and other related entities
Prepare ad hoc sales invoices
Collections, receipting and reporting for NECA Trade Services
Allocation of Trade Service Strip customer receipts
Month end Group Debtors Reporting
Support member services customer queries
Support internal finance tasks when required
Assisting with year-end audits when required
Assist with ad-hoc projects when required
Other relevant duties as directed
CRITERIA
The ability to work independently
The ability to perform end task in an accurate and timely manner
Excellent prioritisation and coordination skills with the ability to meet competing deadlines
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Work cooperatively with others and model and promote team player behaviour
Demonstrated skill in working as part of a team, fostering good client relations and working with people from diverse backgrounds
Ability to deal with difficult clients
Discretion and confidentiality
Experience working with NAV would be advantageous
