This dynamic, established media organisation is on the lookout for a talented Accounts Clerk/Assistant Accountant. They have an amazing culture, high performing team and flexible work arrangement.

Reporting to the Senior Accountant, your role will include, however may not be limited to:

• Ownership of the accounts payable process
• Managing customer invoices
• Maintenance of the accounts receivable
• Follow-up unpaid & outstanding invoices
• Set up and maintenance of staff credit cards
• Daily cash balance
• Bank reconciliations
• Reconciliation of related AP WIP
• Posting month end accruals as necessary
• Fixed Assets register
• Intercompany reconciliation and confirmation
• Preparation of GST/WHT/BAS return
• General ad hoc duties and support to wider finance team
• Assist with end of year audit

You will be a switched-on Accounts Clerk/Assistant Accountant with a good eye for detail. You will have a background across AP and AR, and ideally you will have also worked on some other month-end related duties.

You will be looking to work as part of a small, dynamic team and have excellent systems and excel skills - along with outstanding communication - both written and verbal.
