About the Role
As Engagement Coordinator, you’ll be the central link between our Engagement team and other departments including Events, Marketing, Archives, and Cocurricular. You’ll also liaise with external stakeholders to deliver high-impact events and initiatives that reflect our values and commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver high-standard events such as reunions, annual dinners, and community fundraisers.
- Manage communications and collateral across digital and print platforms, including newsletters, social media, and the school website.
- Support fundraising efforts through donor engagement, database management, and reporting.
- Provide administrative leadership and mentorship within the Engagement team.
Selection Criteria
- Proven experience in events, fundraising, or philanthropy.
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM platforms (e.g. Synergetic).
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
- Willingness to support the spiritual, community and cocurricular life of the School.
- Current working rights for Australia.

About Anglican Church Grammar School
There are approximately 530 boys in the Preparatory School and 1250 in Senior School. Boarding is an important part of the School's life and over 170 boys from Years 7 to 12 are accommodated at Churchie.
