The Role:
Actively hunt for new business opportunities, identifying potential clients and generating leads to drive growth in the VIC region.
Reintroduce yourself to the existing customer portfolio, focusing on building rapport and understanding evolving client needs.
Retain clients by delivering exceptional service, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Conduct regular site visits to meet with clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.
Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients, identifying new opportunities within their businesses.
Foster relationships with new clients, turning them into key accounts and ensuring long-term partnerships.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the VIC market to achieve growth targets.
Skills and experience needed:
Demonstrated success as an external sales representative, with a proven ability to drive new business and achieve growth.
Experience in concrete construction supplies or similar industries is a plus, but a strong drive to learn and adapt is most important.
Independent and proactive, with excellent time management skills to excel in an autonomous role.
Strategic mindset, able to craft customised sales strategies that align with client needs and evolving market trends.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong rapport and fostering lasting client relationships.
Salary expectations:
$100k - $130k + Super + Company Car + Commissions
