About the Role
The Orange Door (TOD) provides integrated access to support individuals and families experiencing or using family or needing help with child wellbeing and development. TOD acts as a central access point, connecting people with core services for ongoing support. TOD is a partnership between Family Safety Victoria, Child Protection and community support organisations including Family Services, Family Violence and Specialist Aboriginal Organisations. Primary Care Connect (PCC) is a partner of the Goulburn TOD, and the Home Agency Manager- TOD will be an integral part of the operational leadership within the Goulburn TOD. The Home Agency Manager-TOD will provide support and oversight for all staff employed by Primary Care Connect within TOD and contribute to the wider operational functioning of TOD. The Home Agency Manager-TOD will be an active member of the Hub and Home Agency Managers (HHAM) team and the Operational Leadership Group (OLG). The Home Agency Manager-TOD will contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of systems and processes to ensure the effective functioning of Goulburn TOD and adherence to TOD statewide and local guidance. The Home Agency Manager-TOD will work with the HHAM, OLG and other TOD leadership staff to improve access to quality integrated multidisciplinary care across the intake and assessment functions and actively engage, develop, and maintain collaborative partnerships with partner agencies of the Goulburn TOD.
Key Selection Criteria
Essential
- Bachelor in Social Work or equivalent, a willingness to work towards an equivalent
- qualification as set out in Mandatory Minimum Qualifications - Qualifications Mapping
- Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Minimum three years’ experience in leadership and management roles
- Proven experience in managing the operational requirements of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in effectively developing and implementing systems and processes to ensure
- the best outcomes for clients and other stakeholders
- Proven ability to monitor agreed key performance indicators as per a Funding and Service
- Agreement and ability to report as required to Funding body and Executive Management
- Strong communication, problem solving and stakeholder engagement skills
- Personal and professional alignment with PCC core values
Desired
- Qualification in leadership or management
- Demonstrated understanding of family violence and a commitment to ethical and trauma informed practice
