Tradewind is proud to be supporting the Swan Hill Orange Door in the recruitment of a passionate and skilled Hub Practitioner to join the team in a part-time capacity.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team supporting women, children, families and individuals experiencing family violence or facing wellbeing concerns.

🧭 About the Role:
As a Hub Practitioner, you'll be responsible for:
Identifying, assessing and prioritising risks and needs
Working collaboratively across disciplines within the Orange Door network
Providing timely referrals and linking clients to the right supports
Promoting a safe, inclusive and culturally responsive service
🗓️ Work Schedule:
0.5 FTE
Week 1: 3 days
Week 2: 2 days
💼 What's on Offer:
SCHADS Level 5 - $97,000 FTE + super + salary packaging
Relocation support available for the right candidate

✅ What You'll Need:
Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent (in line with MARAM Requirement 209)
At least 12 months' experience in family violence, child and family services, or related roles
Strong skills in risk assessment and case prioritisation
- A collaborative and trauma-informed practice approach
