Dromana Early Learning Centre and Kindergarten is seeking experienced, passionate and dedicated diploma-qualified educators to join our Centre team and lead our Nursery and Toddler two rooms. These roles are based in Dromana, VIC 3936 and involves providing high-quality early childhood education and care.

What you'll be doing

· Implementing the approved learning framework to support children's learning and development

· Establishing nurturing relationships with children and their families

· Maintaining a safe, clean and engaging learning environment

· Documenting children's progress and contributing to ongoing program planning

· Collaborating with the wider team to deliver exceptional care and education

· Upholding the centre's policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

· Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care

· Minimum 2 years' experience working in a similar role

· Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and early childhood pedagogy

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

· Passion for enhancing the lives of young children
