About the role

Perfection Landscape Services' is seeking enthusiastic Landscape Maintenance Apprentices and Labourers to join our team in Sydney, NSW. As a full-time role, you will be an integral part of our operations, contributing to the maintenance and upkeep of commercial landscapes across the local area.

What you'll be doing

Performing general landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, weeding and planting

Operating and maintaining a variety of landscaping equipment and tools

Assisting with garden bed preparation, mulching and plant installation

Contributing to the overall presentation and appearance of client properties

Working closely with the wider landscaping team to deliver high-quality service

What we're looking for

A passion for horticulture, gardening and the outdoors

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills

Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks

Excellent attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics

A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team

Relevant horticultural or landscaping experience (desirable but not essential)
