We’re currently seeking a reliable and confident Receptionist/Administrator for a short-term temporary assignment based in Forest Hill Vic. This full-time, office-based role is for 3 weeks and would suit someone with strong customer service and administration skills and a can-do attitude.

About the Role:
Working in a small, friendly team, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and customers. The role includes general reception duties and light accounts receivable support. You'll need to be confident on the phone, well-organised, and able to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Greeting clients and handling front desk inquiries
  • Managing email correspondence and general admin
  • Assisting with accounts receivable tasks (e.g., invoice follow-ups, basic data entry)
  • Filing, scanning, and maintaining records

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a reception/admin or similar customer-facing role
  • Confident phone manner and professional presentation
  • Basic understanding of accounts receivable processes
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Available to start immediately and commit for the full 3-week period
