Main duties:

Taking care of the overall site management, coordinating the staging plan, and collaborating closely with the Design Manager and Builder to ensure everything runs smoothly and stays within budget & schedule.

Oversee the on-site trades, making sure they adhere to the building process and schedule, while prioritizing safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Handling of the scheduling of trades and suppliers to keep the project moving forward according to plan.

To prioritize safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Keeping paperwork organized, planning ahead, and providing necessary reports.

To assist with estimating as required.

Skills/Experience/Qualification requirements:

Cert 4 in building and construction or higher and a site supervisor or building licence (Low-rise).

3+ Years experience in a similar role.

Strong planning, organizational, and time management abilities.

Sound ability to work with platforms/information management systems.

Very high communication skills.

The capability to build rapport across all levels of the business.

Bring a positive and constructive attitude to the work place with a strong work ethic.

Estimating experience highly regarded.
