We are looking for a reliable and organised Administration Assistant to support our training operations three days a week. If you're confident using a computer, have a great phone manner, and enjoy keeping things running behind the scenes, this role is for you.
You’ll assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, prepare materials for training sessions, and help maintain smooth communication with our clients and internal team. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who values structure, enjoys a variety of tasks, and is looking for a steady part-time position.
For the right person, there is potential for this position to grow into a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Preparing printed materials, assembling training books, and setting up classrooms
Using aXcelerate (LMS) to support training administration
Assisting with general administrative and office duties
Writing professional emails and handling client correspondence
Supporting trainers and ensuring training sessions are set up and ready
What We’re Looking For
Comfortable using a computer and basic office software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good written skills with attention to detail
Previous experience with aXcelerate is an advantage, but not essential
Experience with Xero is a bonus, but not essential
Reliable, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks
