The Role

We are seeking a results-driven finance professional to lead and strengthen the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function across the region.

• FP&A- deliver financial analysis and reports across various business units
• Monitor financial performance against budget and forecasts, providing timely insights to senior departments
• Compliance & Controls: ensure strong internal controls and execution of audit activities
• Develop strategies to grow various departments across Retail + Ecommerce
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including variance analysis and KPI tracking.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data in line with corporate requirements

Your Skills & Experience

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; CPA or CA preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in a dedicated Business Partner and/or FP&A
• Background in complex, multinational organisations; experience in Big 4 or similar environments preferred.
• Strong financial planning and modelling (Advanced Excel + Power BI)
