Reporting to the Director of Brand, People & Communications, you’ll be joining a team that thrives on thoughtful execution, clear communication and shared purpose.

Skills/Qualifications
Strong administration skills, with the ability to manage tasks, processes and details with care and consistency
Basic IT skills to support day-to-day coordination and internal systems
Strong written communication: clear, confident and tailored to audience, tone and format
Comfortable producing first-draft content across a range of channels (e.g. LinkedIn posts, internal updates, newsletters, onboarding materials)
Basic design skills with an eye for layout, consistency and visual clarity
A good grasp of content planning and campaign coordination
Confident owning and managing a communications calendar with input from multiple stakeholders
Proactive, organised and confident owning tasks from brief to delivery
A natural doer with great judgement, initiative and follow-through
Even better:
Experience in brand, marketing or communications roles
Exposure to the freight, logistics or supply chain space
Familiarity with brand systems or visual identity guidelines
Skills in video creation, editing or motion graphics
Experience using Canva, Slack, Intercom and CRMs like Pipedrive
An interest in how internal culture, communication and brand intersect
The Position
Own and manage internal and external communications calendars
Draft, format and publish internal content - from Slack updates and newsletters to employee presentations and onboarding materials
Partner with People & Culture on milestone communications and employee experience touch points
Assist in delivering leadership messaging, change updates and internal campaigns
Create and schedule external content for social media and the Explorate website
Coordinate logistics for training, events, team recognition, office activations and engagement initiatives
Ensure all communications are clear, consistent and aligned to Explorate’s brand and values
Support a positive and consistent workplace experience across all Explorate locations by coordinating office environments, shared amenities and visitor readiness in line with our culture and values
Manage our employee equipment and security asset registers to ensure systems are in place that support effective communication, accountability and operational clarity
